Day, Thursday 23rd August 2012 Arrival of national teams and fans, transfer, accommodation at the hotels
- 10:00 - 12:00 - Control of chainsaws by ialc
- 20:00 - 22:00 - Control of chainsaws by ialc
- 12:00 - 14:00 - Lunch for teams and fans at the hotels
- 14:00 - 15:00 - Council of ialc committee and team leaders; 1 person per nation with 1 vote
- 16:00 - 18:00 - Visit to tree felling site
- 18:30 - 19:00 - Draw of starting numbers
- 19:00 - 20:00 - Meeting of trainers with discussion of admission (entrance) fee; 1 person per team
- 20:00 - Dinner for teams and fans at the hotels
Day, Friday 24th August 2012
- 7:00 - Breakfast at the hotels
- 7:30 - 12:00 - Excursion for teams and fans
- 12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch for competitors and fans
- 12:00 - 17:00 - Transfer of teams and fans to the competition site. Shuttle buses will arrive every 30 minutes
- 13:30 - 17:00 - Start of the competitions in the disciplines tree felling, fitting another chain, bucking by combined cuts and precision bucking
- 18:00 - 19:00 - Entry of national teams into the arena
Opening ceremony. Welcoming speeches (host country and ialc)
- 20:00 - Dinner for teams and fans at the hotels
Day, Saturday 25th August 2012
- 7:00 - Breakfast at the hotels
- 7:30 - 17:00 - Transfer of teams and fans to the competition site. Shuttle buses arrive at the competition site every 30 minutes
- 8:00 - Start of the competitions in tree felling, fitting another chain, bucking by combined cuts and precision bucking according to the detailed schedule
- 12:00 - 14:00 - Lunch for competitors and fans at the competition site
- 17:00 - End of the competitions according to the detailed schedule
- 17:00 - Transfer of competitors and fans to the Raubichy stadium
- 18:00 - Awarding of Diplomas for the disciplines – tree felling, fitting another chain, bucking by combined cuts and precision bucking
- 20:00 - Dinner for teams and fans at the hotels
Day, Sunday 26th 2012
- 7:00 - Breakfast at the hotel
- 7:30 - 17:00 - Transfer of teams and fans to the competition site. Shuttle buses will arrive every 30 minutes
- 8:00 - Start of the competition in limbing in reverse ranking and relay race according to the detailed schedule
- 12:00 - 14:00 - Dinner for teams and fans at the hotels
- 17:00 - End of the competitions according to the detailed schedule
- 18:00 - 19:00 - Presentation of medals for the disciplines limbing, relay race, team ranking and total individual and team ranking. Closing ceremony, final speeches of participants.
- 20:00 - Evening banquet for national teams and fans. Entertainment programme at Raubichy.
Day, Monday 27th August 2012
- 7:00 - 11:00 - Breakfast for teams and fans at the hotels. Transfer of national teams and fans to the airport.
